The service
- Perfect Stitch connects customers with local laundry and tailoring shops for pickup, processing, and delivery.
- Availability, pricing, and turnaround times depend on the assigned shop and your location.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders and payments
- Orders are fulfilled by independent shops; we facilitate booking, tracking, and payments.
- Fees shown in-app apply at checkout. Refunds and disputes follow our support process and applicable payment-provider rules.
Google and third-party services
- Our apps use Google Firebase (authentication, messaging, analytics, crash reporting), Google Play services, and Google Sign-In.
- Data loss or leaks originating from Google (not caused by Perfect Stitch app logic) are governed by Google's applicable terms. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own code and configuration.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create safety/payment risk.
Limitation
- The website and apps are provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
- Shop workmanship issues should first be raised with the shop and our support team.
