Customer Terms of Service.

Customer service
- You may browse shops, place orders, track garments, and pay through the customer app.
- Service quality and timelines are set by the shop you select.
Data retention
- While your account is active, we keep account data including phone numbers and related identifiers. We may keep data longer when there is a legal need (orders, disputes, fraud, or regulatory).
- After account closure, we delete or anonymize data subject to legal holds. Recently viewed shops and searches may stay locally on your device until you clear them in Profile → Privacy.
Contact approval
- Providers only see your phone number when you enable it in Profile → Privacy.
- You control call permissions and preferred contact method for active orders.
Google services
- Sign-in and backend features may use Google Firebase, Google Play, and Google Authentication, which can collect identity details via Google's auth flow.
- Data loss or leaks originating from Google (not caused by Perfect Stitch app logic) are governed by Google's applicable terms. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own code and configuration.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, harass providers, or submit fraudulent orders.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
