Provider Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Shop profile, service area, payout details (UPI/bank), and storefront photos you upload.
  • Customer names, phone numbers, measurements, and order details you enter for walk-in and manual orders.

Manual orders (Room + Firebase)

  • Manual orders are stored locally in Room on your device and synced to Firebase for backup and multi-device access.
  • You are responsible for securing devices that hold customer data and for lawful use of that data.

Sharing

  • Customer order data is shared with customers who booked through the platform and with support when needed.
  • Infrastructure vendors (Firebase, payment processors) process data under contract.

Google Firebase, Play & Auth

  • Sign-in and backend features may use Google Firebase, Google Play, and Google Authentication, which can collect identity details via Google's auth flow.
  • Data loss or leaks originating from Google (not caused by Perfect Stitch app logic) are governed by Google's applicable terms. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own code and configuration.

Your choices

  • Update shop and payout data in the provider app or contact partner support.
  • Opt out of optional marketing and analytics in consent settings.
